Member cannot attend to Open House on Tuesdays to sign up

The best time to have their ID checked is at an open house which happen every Tuesday at 8pm, nonetheless if they cannot make it on Tuesdays an orientation is a good alternative, which happens on the last Sunday of the month at 4pm.
If they are unable to make any of those times they can let us know and we can try to accommodate them.
