Everything looks ok in the system, so your tag should be working.
Make sure you are using the tag correctly. When you wave it at the keypad at either the front or back door, you should hear several beeps. Don't wave it at the doorbell! The door will unlock and you can PUSH IT OPEN--the handle doesn't move, the door latch just releases.
