First make sure you have access to the computer you are trying to log into by going to your Membership Profile page and scrolling to the bottom to see your "computer authorizations" (https://membership.pumpingstationone.org/Sys/Profile).
If you don't have that authorization and you believe you should please contact info@pumpingstationone.org and the respective area host with a request to have the authorization added to your account.
